OIL MUSEUM
The historic olive mill and the adjoining museum welcome schools and visitors interested in discovering the origins of the olive tree.

Terre di Traiano is located within a farming estate of over one hundred hectares, about ninety of which are dedicated to olive groves.
The spaces, once used as stables and carriage storage, were later used for the production and storage of oil and wine.
The complex, featuring a tasting area, an exhibition hall, and the olive oil museum, welcomes visitors interested in discovering the origins of extra virgin olive oil.
THE EXTRA VIRGIN OIL
The “Terre di Traiano” olive oil, first bottled in 1998, is now produced exclusively using organic methods and from a single olive variety, 100% from Coratina cultivar olives.
