At the agriturismo, guests can purchase 100% organic traditional products from Apulia, including extra virgin olive oil and wine. Sustainability lies at the very heart of the Spagnoletti Zeuli family’s philosophy and is embodied in the ICEA certification of all products from the masseria. No harmful substances are used, ensuring full respect for both people and the environment. Through careful recycling practices, natural cycles are preserved, helping to reduce emissions and eliminate waste. Olive pruning residues are reused and organic compost is employed to nourish the olive groves, making the land ever more fertile, productive, and environmentally sustainable.

ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Its organoleptic characteristics include a golden yellow color with vibrant green highlights, an intense fresh fruity olive aroma, and a bold, full-bodied flavor with a pleasant peppery finish on the throat due to the presence of oleocanthal. It has a medium density with good fluidity. Perfect for pasta dishes, legumes, and seasonal vegetables.

An intense red wine made from a 100% Nero di Troia blend, it is a wine of great body and character. Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it is dry and harmonious, with intense aromas of ripe fruit and notes of redcurrant. Its structure is best expressed when paired with game, aged cheeses, and richly flavored dishes.
